I have been with Sargam for the last 40 years. I look after transportation here, but honestly, I have never treated it as just a job. Sargam is my everything.
In all these years, I never felt that I was coming to work. Every day, I felt like I was coming to my family. The staff, the workers, everyone knows me, and I know everyone. When someone has a problem, they come and talk to me. I listen. I try to help in whatever way I can.
I have spent most of my life here. Sargam is not just a company for me; it is my home. As Sargam moves closer to its Golden Jubilee, I feel proud to be a small part of this journey. This place has given me respect, relationships, and a sense of belonging that goes far beyond work.
सारगम माझे सर्वस्व
मी गेली ४० वर्षे सारगमसोबत आहे. इथे माझी जबाबदारी वाहतुकीची आहे, पण खरं सांगायचं तर मी कधीही हे फक्त काम म्हणून पाहिलं नाही. सारगम हे माझं सर्वस्व आहे.
या इतक्या वर्षांत मी कधीच असं वाटू दिलं नाही की मी कामावर येतोय. रोज इथे येताना मला माझ्या कुटुंबाकडे येतोय असंच वाटतं. इथले स्टाफ, कामगार, सगळे मला ओळखतात आणि मीही सगळ्यांना ओळखतो. कुणाला काही अडचण असली, तर ते माझ्याशी बोलायला येतात. मी ऐकतो, समजून घेतो, जमेल तशी मदत करतो.
मी माझं आयुष्य इथे घालवलं आहे. सारगम म्हणजे माझं घर आहे. येणाऱ्या सुवर्णमहोत्सवाच्या उंबरठ्यावर उभं असलेलं सारगम पाहताना मला अभिमान वाटतो.
