I have been standing at the gate of Sargam since 2012.
People think a security guard only opens and closes gates.
But when you stand at one place every day, you understand people. You understand culture.
I have worked at many companies before this. I have seen different environments.
But Sargam feels different.
Here, I am not just “security”.
Lokesh sir, Devesh sir, Snigdha madam… whoever walks in, they greet me. They ask how I am. They speak with respect.
That respect gives energy.
Every morning when I wear my uniform and come to duty, I feel excited. I feel proud.
Because I know I am valued.
At Sargam, warmth is not written on walls.
It is practiced at the gate.
And I experience it every single day.

मी २०१२ पासून सरगमच्या गेटवर उभा आहे.
सिक्युरिटी गार्ड म्हणजे फक्त गेट उघडणे-बंद करणे असे अनेकांना वाटते.
पण रोज एकाच ठिकाणी उभं राहिल्यावर माणसं समजतात. संस्कृती समजते.
मी सरगमपूर्वी अनेक ठिकाणी काम केले आहे. वेगवेगळ्या ठिकाणचा अनुभव आहे.
पण सरगम वेगळी आहे.
इथे मी फक्त “सिक्युरिटी” नाही.
लोकेश सर, देवेश सर, स्निग्धा मॅडम… जे कोणी आत येतात ते मला नमस्कार करतात. विचारपूस करतात. आदराने बोलतात.
तो आदर ऊर्जा देतो.
दररोज सकाळी युनिफॉर्म घालून ड्युटीला येताना मला उत्साह वाटतो. अभिमान वाटतो.
कारण मला माहिती आहे की इथे माझी किंमत आहे.
सरगममध्ये उब ही फक्त शब्दांत नाही.
ती दरवाज्यावर अनुभवायला मिळते.
