My journey with Sargam Industries began in 1998 with a gold plating project for VIP. Back then, the work environment was manual and far from today’s safety standards. Over the years, I’ve witnessed Sargam evolve, upgrade and reache milestones like becoming the first plating shop in Maharashtra to achieve ISO 14001 certification.
During Crompton’s internal plant outsourcing in 2012, I witnessed a lot of uniqueness in this organisation. Under Devesh Shevade’s leadership, Sargam exemplifies kindness and attention to the little things that matter in personal lives.
The staff’s polite and respectful behavior reflects the company’s values, creating lasting relationships built on trust and modesty.
As Sargam celebrates its golden jubilee, I am proud to have been part of this remarkable journey that inspires integrity and progress at every step.
