My first memory of Sargam goes way back to when I was in the 7th grade. I was just a kid, but I still remember that day vividly, visiting the plot with my family when the factory was being set up. Little did I know then that this place would become such an important part of our lives. In our family, business was always a part of the conversation, and Sargam stood tall, like a lighthouse guiding us.
Years later, I visited again when the factory was being reconstructed. The feeling of pride I had when I saw the renewed space, the new cabins and the whole refreshed look—was unforgettable. Sargam was evolving, and it felt great to see it thriving.
One thing I truly admire about Sargam is the leadership of Lokesh dada, Devesh dada and Snigdha. There’s something so calming and welcoming about their cabins, where work happens with music playing softly in the background. The vibe is just… pleasant. Harmonious. You can feel the warmth and dedication they put into every detail.
And it’s not just the space or the leadership—it’s the people. I still remember the oldest employees, those who’ve been around since the beginning. The most beautiful thing is how the employees have grown with the company, and the company has grown with them. That bond is rare and truly special.
To everyone at Sargam—keep doing what you do. Keep inspiring. This journey has been nothing short of remarkable.
