Take off to the Golden Jubilee!
The place, as a kid, I visited once a year,
Is today the place where I spend most days in a year!!
A little seed planted three generations ago,
Is already 46 years old with a bright tomorrow!
A journey that began with one step on a day,
Thousands of steps later, brings us to today!
Another 4 years into this journey,
Sargam will hit the golden half century!
With age comes wisdom and experience.
Experiences teach us to be humble and not imperious.
It brings commitment towards a prosperous future,
The future that next generations would nurture!
A place that housed many lives,
Stood the test of all lows and highs!
The beacon in the darkest nights,
With the brightness of a thousand lights!
It taught me the life lessons while growing,
When the going gets tough, the tough gets going!
It taught me to never give up hoping,
Every cloud has a silver lining!
I bow to the place that was born before me,
Offer my best wishes for the upcoming Golden Jubilee,
I vow myself to nurture the prosperous times ahead,
To carry on the legacy with grace, I solemnly pledge!
